Privacy policy
We keep as little data as possible, and only to provide the service.
1. Data controller
AlphaEngine. For anything to do with your data, contact us at @Getalphaengine_bot.
2. What data we keep
- Your Telegram username and ID.
- Your plans (Memecoins, Trading or bundle) and their start and expiry dates.
- The payment address we assign you and your payments: coin (USDT or Monero), network, amount and transaction.
- Whether you are in your plan's private channel, to let you in and remove you when it ends.
- Any messages you send us through the support bot.
We don't ask for your name, email, phone number, postal address or ID documents.
3. Waiting list
If you join the waiting list, we keep only your Telegram username and the product you're interested in, so we can let you know when sign-ups open.
4. Private channels
Alerts are posted in private Telegram channels. Other subscribers can't see your profile or username, and you can't see theirs. Telegram only shows the number of subscribers.
5. What we use it for
- To give you access to your plan's channel and its alerts or signals.
- To verify your payments.
- To remind you before your access expires.
- To answer your queries.
6. Blockchain payments
Every USDT payment is permanently recorded on the network you use, and anyone can see it. That is outside our control and can't be erased. Monero is designed so that amounts and addresses are not publicly visible.
7. Where it's stored
With our web hosting provider and on Telegram. Their servers may be located in other countries.
8. How long we keep it
For as long as your access is active and for up to 12 months afterwards, so we can resolve any queries about your payments. After that, it's deleted.
9. We don't sell your data
We don't sell or share your data with anyone. We don't use advertising or analytics tools. If you use our referral link to another platform, that platform receives no data about you from us; whatever you give it when you sign up is covered by its own policy.
10. Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete your data by contacting @Getalphaengine_bot. If you delete it while your access is active, you lose access.
11. Security
We store your data with restricted access and over encrypted connections, and we keep only what the service needs.
12. Minors
The service is not intended for anyone under 18, and we don't knowingly keep data about minors.
13. Changes
If this policy changes, we'll publish the new version on this page, with its date.
